The brigade aims to both protect the community of Mt. Martha as well as contribute to that community by taking part in and assisting with various community events. These events may include providing lighting for events such as the Australia Day fireworks at the mornington harbour, santa runs during the lead up to Christmas or providing valuabe fire planning infomation at meet and greet sessions at the Mt. Martha shops.
